Mental health is more than a personal issue—it’s the emotional undercurrent of every conversation, tradition, and pattern in a family. When one person is struggling (silent or not), the whole household feels it. And when someone begins to heal, that healing has the power to ripple outward, redefining how the family connects, communicates, and supports one another.
This special Lounging with Lisane session kicks off our special Mental Health Awareness Month series.
In this session, we’ll explore the unseen ways mental health shapes family culture from inherited emotional patterns to the silent stories we live out and pass down. We will meditate together, talk, reflect, and open the space to look at your own family system with compassion and curiosity, and begin shaping a legacy rooted in emotional wellness.
Whether you’re a parent, partner, sibling, or simply a cycle-breaker in your lineage, this session will help you reflect on where you come from and how you want to lead forward.
