Lounging With Lisane is the safe space we all need right now.

These sessions are a place to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in a world that can feel loud and demanding.

It’s not about fixing yourself or performing for anyone. It’s about presence—slowing down enough to hear your own voice and letting yourself be fully seen without judgment.

Each time we gather, we create a gentle, healing space together where everyone is welcome.

“At the end of every session I feel relaxed and relieved. Lisane lifts the weight of my day”

– Lynette E.

August Sessions

AUGUST 10– 4:30PM PT / 7:30PM ET

Efficiency and Who Gets Your Time

A full calendar is not the same as a full life. You say yes before you've checked if you have it in you. You answer the text at 10pm because not answering felt worse than being tired. You give the last hour of your day to whoever asked first — not whoever actually matters most to you — and you call it being a good friend, a good partner, a good employee. That's not generosity. That's a pattern you learned somewhere, probably a place where saying no felt too risky to try.

This month, we're looking at where your time actually goes, versus where you say it matters most. That gap is telling you something — showing you what got prioritized before you ever got a say in it, and what it's cost you to keep giving time out of habit instead of intention.

We'll talk. We'll reflect together on our own patterns. And we'll close with a guided meditation — space to reconnect with what actually deserves your time.

What to expect:

  • An open conversation grounded in real, relatable examples

  • Space to reflect on your own patterns around time and priority

  • A guided meditation to close

  • A community that shows up for each other, not just for content

This is a bi-monthly virtual gathering — come as you are, whatever kind of week you've had.

AUGUST 24 – 4:30PM PT / 7:30PM ET

What We Perform vs. What We Feel

"I'm fine." You say it in the coffee shop, on the phone with your mother, in the meeting when someone asks how you're holding up.

Sometimes it's true. Sometimes it's just faster than explaining. Somewhere along the way, you learned that showing up okay was easier for everyone else than showing up honest — so you got good at it. Good enough that most people never know the difference. Good enough that some days, you're not sure either.

In this session, we're exploring the gap between what we perform and what we actually feel underneath — and how that gap gets built without us even noticing. It's rarely one big moment. It's a hundred small ones, each time you chose the version of you that was easier to be around.

We'll talk. We'll reflect together. We'll close with a guided meditation to help you find your way back to what's real.

What to expect:

  • An open conversation grounded in real, relatable examples

  • Space to reflect on where you perform instead of tell the truth

  • A guided meditation to close

  • A community that shows up for each other, not just for content
