Lounging With Lisane| July 13 | 4:30PM PT / 7:30PM ET

Silence is rarely just silence. It's a partner who stops responding the way they used to. A sibling who goes quiet after a hard conversation. And underneath it, a story starts running before anyone has said a word — because most of us learned early what silence meant in our own families, and we're reacting to that as much as we're reacting to the person in front of us.

In this free session, we'll sit with what silence has meant in your relationships — with a partner, a sibling, a coworker — and where you learned to read it as rejection. What becomes possible when you can tell the difference between someone withdrawing and someone actually leaving.

Come as you are — married, dating, healing from silence you didn't choose, or the one giving it. All of it belongs in this room.
