You’ll learn about the mental body (yes, that’s a thing), how brainwave states affect your internal experience, and why your mind feels “on” even when you’re exhausted.
We’ll break down how to shift from constant problem-solving (Beta) to more relaxed and intuitive states (Alpha and Theta).
Through meditation, journaling, and community unpacking, we’ll reconnect to what matters and what’s actually yours to carry. You’ll leave with practical tools, honest insight, and a little more breathing room between your thoughts.
This isn’t just a conversation, it’s a reset.
