In the final session of our Mental Health Awareness Month series, we’re bringing all we've talked about to completion by shifting from insight into action and daily integration. These strategies aren't about hustle culture or chasing wellness as a trend. It’s about sustaining your clarity, your energy, and your truth - so you can show up more fully in your world.
In this session, you’ll learn how to stop operating in crisis mode and begin creating a rhythm that supports your mental and emotional well-being every day. We’ll explore the difference between rituals and routines, how to care for the four bodies (mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual), and how to recognize when you’re turning down your own flame in order to survive.
Through meditation, reflection, and community unpacking, we’ll reconnect with what it means to protect our energy, reconnect to joy, and live from a place of personal power, not depletion.
